About this grant

This Parent R01 funding opportunity supports discrete research projects aligned with participating NIH Institutes and Centers and requires at least one proposed clinical trial. Eligibility

The proposed project must be related to the programmatic interests of one or more participating NIH Institutes and Centers based on their scientific missions. The application must propose at least one clinical trial. Only new, renewal, resubmission, and revision application types are allowed for this NOFO. Foreign organizations, non-domestic components of U.S. organizations, and foreign components are eligible or allowed to apply or participate as stated in the notice. Any individual(s) with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to carry out the proposed research as the PD(s)/PI(s) is invited to work with their organization to develop an application for support. Applicant organizations may submit more than one application, provided that each application is scientifically distinct.
