Eternal Search is a funding discovery platform operated by Open Longevity, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (501(c)(3) tax-exempt, EIN 85-2518777), with its registered office at 15260 Ventura Blvd, STE 2230, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, USA. Our service helps researchers, scientists, and organisations find verified grant opportunities and funding events across science, medicine, engineering, and adjacent fields.

API users. When you call the Eternal Search API, we log:

• Your IP address
• The HTTP request: endpoint path, method, status code, and response time
• Your access tier (public, full, or top)
• The email address bound to your API key, if any
• Your HTTP client's user-agent string

Website visitors. We do not deploy advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. Standard web server infrastructure may record IP addresses and browser type as part of normal operation.

We use the data we collect to:

• Operate and secure the service
• Detect and prevent abuse, enforce rate limits
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the product
• Respond to support or data requests tied to an API key

We do not build individual profiles from API request data, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising targeting.
• We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law or to operate core infrastructure (e.g. hosting providers under data processing agreements).
• We do not publish, redistribute, or expose aircraft movement data through public pages or API v1 responses. Any aircraft-derived intelligence is restricted to internal Open Longevity review workflows.

Open Longevity may use public reporting, aircraft registries, and ADS-B data providers to support internal investor-intelligence review. This data is access-restricted, used only for internal analysis, and is not redistributed. Where ADS-B Exchange or similar provider data is used, we treat it as an internal reference source and avoid republishing raw aircraft identifiers, raw payloads, or flight traces outside authorised Open Longevity tools.

API request logs are retained for operational and security purposes. We have not yet set a fixed deletion schedule. We will update this section when we do. If you want to enquire about data held in relation to your account or API key, contact us at the address below.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Requests related to API key data require verification of ownership of the key.

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure. In the event of a material data breach affecting your personal data, we commit to notifying affected users in a timely manner.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the API or website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
