Siddhartha Mukherjee is an Indian-born American physician-scientist, author, and associate professor of medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He won the 2011 Pulitzer Prize for General Nonfiction for The Emperor of All Maladies and is a longtime contributor to public understanding of cancer, genetics, and cell biology through books and journalism. He has also helped found several biotech companies, including Manas AI, Vor Bio, and Faeth Therapeutics.
