Dr. Yvonne Greenstreet is a British physician-executive and biopharmaceutical leader who has served as Chief Executive Officer of Alnylam Pharmaceuticals since January 2022, after previously serving as its President and Chief Operating Officer. Before Alnylam, she held senior leadership roles at Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline, including heading medicines development at Pfizer's specialty business.
