Graziella Pellegrini is an Italian cell biologist and regenerative-medicine researcher associated with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, where she serves in cell-therapy leadership roles. She co-founded Holostem Terapie Avanzate and helped lead the development of Holoclar, described by EuroStemCell as the first stem cell-based medicinal product approved in Europe. She also holds ecosystem-level influence through scientific and governance roles including ISSCR leadership and Mogrify's Scientific Advisory Board.
