Charles Gersbach is a Duke University biomedical engineer and genome engineering researcher focused on genome and epigenome editing, gene therapy, regenerative medicine, synthetic biology, and genomics. He is a co-founder of Tune Therapeutics, whose TEMPO epi-editing platform was based on research from his Duke lab.
