Tim Andrews is the founder and CEO of Sonata One, formerly The ID Register, a private-markets infrastructure company focused on investor onboarding, KYC, tax, MLRO, and transfer-agency workflows. He previously helped build core systems at Ipes (now part of Apex Group) and led the 2020 management buyout that spun IDR out of Apex.
