Juulia Jylhävä is a biomedical aging researcher focused on biological aging, frailty, epigenetic clocks, plasma biomarkers, and omics-driven epidemiology. Karolinska Institutet lists her as Principal Researcher and group leader of the Systems Biology of Aging research group. Recent Nature Aging work also affiliates her with Tampere University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Technology, Gerontology Research Center, and Tampere Institute for Advanced Study.
