Josh Kopelman is an American entrepreneur and venture capitalist best known as a co-founder and partner of First Round Capital, a seed-stage venture firm. Before First Round, he co-founded Infonautics, Half.com and TurnTide; Half.com was acquired by eBay in 2000 and TurnTide was acquired by Symantec in 2004. He also served as chairman of The Philadelphia Inquirer and has frequently appeared on Forbes' Midas rankings.
