Ilan Ganot is a biotech founder and executive focused on rare diseases. He co-founded Solid Biosciences in 2013 after his son was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, served as Solid's CEO through December 2022, and remains on its board. He is now CEO and a board member of Alesta Therapeutics and also serves on the board of Minovia Therapeutics.
