Rick E. Winningham is a veteran biopharma executive who has served as Chief Executive Officer of Theravance Biopharma since its June 2014 spin-off from Innoviva, after previously leading Innoviva as CEO and chairman. Earlier in his career he held senior commercial and operating roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including president of its Oncology/Immunology/Oncology Therapeutics Network and president of global marketing. He also serves on the boards of Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Rivus Pharmaceuticals, and BIO.
