Lon S. Schneider, MD, MS, is a professor of psychiatry, neurology, and gerontology at the University of Southern California and holds the Della Martin Endowed Chair in Psychiatry and Neuroscience. He directs the USC California Alzheimer's Disease Center and co-directs or directs the clinical core of the USC NIA Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, with a focus on Alzheimer's disease, dementia clinical trials, outcomes assessment, and drug development. Public company and biotech profiles also place him on scientific and clinical advisory boards across the neurodegeneration ecosystem.
