Serafim Batzoglou is a Greek-American computational genomics researcher and biotech data executive. He was recognized by MIT Technology Review for his genome-assembly and comparative-genomics work, later co-founded DNAnexus, served as a Stanford computer science professor and Illumina executive, and is identified in current public sources as Chief Data Officer at Seer. He also serves on the scientific advisory board of Relation Therapeutics.
