Eric Elenko, Ph.D., is co-founder and president of PureTech Health, a clinical-stage biotherapeutics company that builds and spins out founded entities. PureTech credits him with leading development of multiple programs, including EndeavorRx, Plenity, and Cobenfy, and with playing a key role in drug discovery and founded-entity fundraisings. He also serves on the board of Seaport Therapeutics and is described by PureTech as a co-inventor of KarXT.
