William Cho

About

William Cho is a longtime LG executive who joined the company in 1987, became Chief Strategy Officer in 2019, and then served as Chief Executive Officer of LG Electronics from December 1, 2021 to December 1, 2025. During his tenure he pushed LG's 'Future Vision 2030' and 'Smart Life Solution Company' strategy, emphasizing AI, B2B services, mobility, subscription models and new growth areas such as EV charging and digital health. Before becoming global CEO, he also led major regional operations including LG North America and held country leadership roles in Canada, Australia and the United States.
