Itzchak Angel is a pharmaceutical executive and scientific advisor with more than 30 years of experience across drug development, pharmacology, and biotech strategy. MIRA Pharmaceuticals appointed him Chief Scientific Advisor in March 2024, and MIRA's 2024 Form 10-K states its APCT consulting services are provided directly by him. Earlier sources describe him as chairman and CEO of stem-cell company Accellta and as former head of pharmacology at Synthelabo, later acquired by Sanofi-Aventis.
