Kathleen Murphy is a retired U.S. financial-services executive best known for leading Fidelity Investments' Personal Investing business from 2009 to 2021. She later served as Senior Advisor to Fidelity's CEO until retiring in July 2023, after earlier leadership roles at ING U.S. Wealth Management and Aetna Financial Services. She now holds board and advisory positions including BlackRock, the St. John XXIII Foundation, the National Football Foundation, and the Markle Foundation.
