Justin Gover is a biotech executive best known as the founding CEO of GW Pharmaceuticals, which he led from 1999 until its sale to Jazz Pharmaceuticals in 2021 for roughly $7 billion. Since that exit, he has taken independent director and advisory roles across public and private biotech companies including Xenon Pharmaceuticals, Compass Pathways, Design Therapeutics and Aeovian Pharmaceuticals.
