Shawn Mikula

Shawn Mikula is a neuroscientist and connectomics researcher known for work on preparing whole mouse brains for electron microscopy and circuit reconstruction. Popular Science identified him as a researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research in Heidelberg, Germany, and Nature Methods lists him on whole-brain staining work relevant to connectomics. He has also been described by Lifeboat Foundation as the creator of connectomes.org and a member of its Neuroscience Board.
