Anu Suomalainen Wartiovaara is a Finnish physician-scientist focused on mitochondrial disease, metabolism, and molecular medicine. Khondrion describes her as Sigrid Juselius Professor of Molecular Medicine at the University of Helsinki, director of the Molecular Neurology Research Program, and a member of its scientific advisory board.
