Doris Anita Taylor is an American regenerative-medicine scientist known for pioneering whole-organ decellularization and tissue-engineering research. She previously led regenerative medicine research at Texas Heart Institute and has held faculty roles at Duke University and the University of Minnesota. She is also the co-founder of Miromatrix Medical and CEO of Organamet Bio, where she is developing bioengineered replacement hearts.
