Yoram Palti (September 18, 1937 to January 11, 2026) was an Israeli physician, biophysicist, inventor, and professor emeritus of physiology and biophysics at the Technion. He founded Novocure in 2000 and pioneered Tumor Treating Fields, a non-invasive cancer-treatment modality commercialized by the company. Public profiles also associate him with several other medical technology ventures, including Carmel Biosensors, CellSense, EchoLogic Medical, and O2Cure.
