Heike A. Bischoff-Ferrari is a Swiss physician-scientist specializing in geriatrics, healthy aging, rehabilitation, and public health. Since 2025, she has served as Professor/Chair of Aging Medicine at the University of Basel and as Head of Acute Geriatric Medicine at Universitäre Altersmedizin FELIX PLATTER. She is also a prominent healthy-longevity researcher, coordinating DO-HEALTH and the Global Health Span Extension Consortium, and serving in WHO- and longevity-related advisory roles.
