Jeff Norton is President & CEO of the Teachers' Retirement Allowances Fund (TRAF), the pension plan for public school teachers in Manitoba. TRAF says he chairs its Internal Investment Committee and oversees the organization's strategic direction, governance, and stakeholder relations. Before joining TRAF in 2005, he was President of Assante Global Advisors Inc., an investment management firm based in Los Angeles.
