Vijaya Kolachalama is an Associate Professor of Medicine and Computer Science at Boston University and a founding member of BU’s Faculty of Computing & Data Sciences. His lab works on biomedical machine vision, multimodal representation learning, and AI systems for clinical applications, with a strong focus on dementia and related healthcare use cases. He is also Chief Scientific Officer and Co-founder of Cognimark and serves as an advisor to Tau Ventures.
