Margaret Dugan, M.D., is an oncology physician-executive with more than 30 years of clinical research and drug-development experience. She is Chief Medical Officer of Whitehawk Therapeutics and previously served as Chief Medical Officer of Schrödinger and Dracen Pharmaceuticals, after a long senior-development career at Novartis. She has also served on the board of BeOne Medicines (formerly BeiGene) since February 2022.
