Jeffrey B. Blumberg is a nutrition scientist affiliated with Tufts University, where he has served as a Professor in the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and as a Senior Scientist at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging. He has also directed the Antioxidants Research Laboratory, with research focused on antioxidant nutrients, oxidative stress, inflammation, and healthy aging.
