Caroline Uhler is a Swiss-born statistician and computational biologist who is the Andrew (1956) and Erna Viterbi Professor of Engineering at MIT. She is a core institute member of the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard and directs the Eric and Wendy Schmidt Center, where her work focuses on machine learning, statistics, genomics, causal inference, and gene regulation. She also serves in scientific advisory roles in techbio, including at Relation Therapeutics, and is listed on the founding team page of Bioptimus.
