company mission
In the December 17, 2021 snapshot, there is no visible mission statement to analyze. The page, at least in the captured text, is basically a placeholder: a welcome line and a contact email. That does not prove the company had no mission in 2021. It means the public-facing evidence is missing or too thin to recover it. By January 27, 2023, Mediwhale is saying something much more specific: early detection is the best form of prevention, and AI diagnostics can identify risk before symptoms appear. The mission is no longer implicit. It is tied to a concrete theory of care, namely that earlier, personalized risk assessment helps people act sooner and may close part of the healthcare gap. What changed is the level of articulation. The company moved from no visible public mission in this record to a clear prevention-first, AI-enabled framing. What seems stable, or at least plausible, is the underlying focus on health assessment rather than treatment. Still, we should be careful: with only two snapshots, and one of them almost empty, this is weak evidence for a true shift in belief rather than a sharper website message.
