VR-based Gamma Sensory Stimulation for fatigue in multiple sclerosis
exploratoryEvaluate whether Gamma Sensory Stimulation delivered through a VR headset can reduce moderate to severe fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis.
Double-blind, parallel, randomized, sham-controlled pilot clinical study; participants receive 4 weeks of active GSS or sham stimulation followed by 4 weeks of post-treatment follow-up. Primary outcome is Modified Fatigue Impact Scale; secondary outcomes include fatigue scales, cognition, quality of life, tolerability, and safety.
