company mission and NLRP3-based healthy aging theory
Very little changed between August 17, 2022 and January 31, 2023. The core story stayed put: healthy aging is a long game, start early, aging is biologically tractable, and NLRP3 sits near the center of the company’s theory of why people decline. YOXLO kept selling the same basic promise too: reduce NLRP3-linked inflammation, preserve mental and physical function, delay age-related disease, and keep people active for longer. Same hymn sheet, slightly louder singing. What did change is the level of explicitness. The 2023 wording adds a harder aspirational claim that humans should be able to reach at least 100 in good health, and it spells out the mechanism more clearly by tying elevated NLRP3 activity to chronic inflammation and age-related decline. That is not a strategic pivot; it is a sharper version of the same thesis. Evidence is thin because there are only two website snapshots and both are high-level marketing language, not technical updates, trial results, or published data. So the honest read is boring but solid: messaging continuity is strong, the mechanistic framing became a bit more explicit, and there is no clear sign of a real belief shift.
