In January 2026, the same basic belief remains: measure proteins, learn something useful about organ health, and turn that into more precise management. What shifted is mostly framing, not thesis. The 2026 language places the company more explicitly inside the biomarkers of aging conversation, which broadens the context around the organ-health pitch. But that is a positioning change, not a new scientific argument. The underlying proposition still rests on proteomics as a better measurement layer for understanding organ state. Evidence is thin on mechanism and proof. Neither snapshot, as described here, lays out a detailed theory of how specific proteomic signals map to specific organ outcomes, or what clinical decisions improve because of that mapping. So the belief looks stable, but still mostly declarative. We can say the message stayed consistent; we cannot say the scientific case became more developed from these two pages alone.
