clock.bio's core belief barely moved between January 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025. In both versions, the company says aging can be tackled by decoding the rejuvenation programs inside human cells, with human induced pluripotent stem cells at the center. The mission also stays stable: build treatments for age-related diseases that extend healthspan and improve quality of life. The 2024 statement is a bit broader and more mechanistic. It explicitly calls out a unique self-rejuvenation or "resetting the clock" capability in pluripotent stem cells, then ties that to force-aging models and unbiased CRISPR screens to find causal drivers of aging and rejuvenation. The 2025 version says much the same thing in plainer terms: force-age hiPSCs, watch them reset, identify the genes involved, and turn that into therapies. So the shift is mostly editorial, not conceptual. The later language sharpens the observation loop, age the cells, observe the reset, infer causality, while the earlier language spends more time naming the screening toolkit. Evidence is thin on any deeper change in theory because both snapshots present the same thesis with near-identical logic and the same translational ambition.
