company mission
Very little changed. In both 2017 and 2018, EffePharm says the same basic thing: it is a market-facing supplier for pharma, nutrition, and health companies, and it wants to win by offering end-to-end support plus cheaper, good-quality raw materials. The core mission is commercial, not philosophical. Help customers buy ingredients, lower supply-chain costs, and stay competitive. Plain enough. What did shift is mostly packaging. The 2018 version leans harder on R&D, integrated development-to-production capability, and a more global, slightly more polished supplier identity. That looks less like a new mission and more like routine corporate varnish. Same engine, shinier brochure. What stayed stable is the actual promise: technology-led service, customer focus, quality inputs, and cost reduction for partners. No visible jump into a new market, no moral awakening, no grand pivot. Just the same sales pitch with a few extra technical flourishes. Evidence is thin because there are only two snapshots, six months apart. That is enough to say the mission was stable, but not enough to claim a deeper strategic change. If there was one, it is not showing here.
