This is a Phase 1, multicenter, open-label study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of DNL952 in adult participants with late-onset Pompe disease. The principal aim of this study is to obtain safety and tolerability data across varous dose levels of DNL952 in participants with late-onset Pompe disease (LOPD).
This is a Phase 1b, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind, multiple ascending dose (MAD) study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of DNL628 in participants with early Alzheimer's disease (AD), defined as mild cognitive impairment, or mild AD with biomarker evidence of amyloid positivity.
This Phase 2a, multicenter, randomized, 12-week double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group study, followed by an OLE, is designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacodynamic effects of BIIB122 in participants with LRRK2-PD. LRRK2-PD is defined as Parkinson's Disease (PD) in individuals who are heterozygous or homozygous carriers of a pathogenic LRRK2 variant that increases LRRK2 kinase activity.
This is a Phase 1, open-label, nonrandomized, single-dose study in healthy male participants to investigate the absorption, metabolism and excretion of DNL343.
This is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 1/2 study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and clinical efficacy of DNL126 in participants with Sanfilippo syndrome Type A (MPS IIIA). The core study period is 25 weeks (approximately 6 months); followed by an open-label extension (OLE), which extends through Week 97 (approximately 18 months); and a long-term extension (LTE), which extends through Week 193 (Year 4). Participants with MPS IIIA will be enrolled in two planned cohorts, and additional participants with MPS IIIA may be enrolled in three optional cohorts.
This is a multiregional open-label extension (OLE) to assess the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of long-term treatment with tividenofusp alfa (DNL310), an investigational central nervous system (CNS)-penetrant intravenous (IV) enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) for Hunter syndrome (MPS II). Participants who complete at least through the Week 49 visit in Study DNLI-E-0002 and do not discontinue study intervention early and participants who complete Study DNLI-E-0007 will be enrolled in this OLE. All participants will receive DNL310 for up to 5 years from the time of entry in this OLE. Participants, site staff, and the Sponsor will remain blinded to the original treatment assignment for participants entering this OLE from Study DNLI-E-0007.
This is a Phase 2/3, multiregional, two-arm, double-blind, randomized, active (standard-of-care)-controlled study of the efficacy and safety of tividenofusp alfa (DNL310), an investigational central nervous system (CNS)-penetrant enzyme-replacement therapy (ERT) for mucopolysaccharidosis type II (MPS II). Participants may also qualify to enter an open-label treatment phase with DNL310 or idursulfase based on pre-specified criteria.
This is a Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled single ascending dose (SAD) study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of DNL919.
This is a Phase 1/2, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of single and multiple doses of DNL593 in two parts followed by an optional open-label extension (OLE) period. Part A will evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, and PD of single doses of DNL593 in healthy male and healthy female participants of nonchildbearing potential. Part B will evaluate the safety, tolerability, PK, and PD of multiple doses of DNL593 in participants with frontotemporal dementia (FTD) over 25 weeks. Part B will be followed by Part C, an optional 18-month OLE period available for all participants who complete Part B.
This is a Phase 1b, multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study of 28 days, followed by an 18-month open-label extension, designed to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of DNL343 in participants with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
This is a Phase 1 relative bioavailability study carried out in approximately 24 healthy male subjects and healthy female subjects of non childbearing potential to investigate the effects of formulation and food on the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics (PK) of DNL343.
This is a multicenter, multiregional, open-label study to assess the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and pharmacodynamics (PD) of tividenofusp alfa (DNL310), an investigational central nervous system (CNS)-penetrant enzyme replacement therapy (ERT), designed to treat both the peripheral and CNS manifestations of Mucopolysaccharidosis type II (MPS II; Hunter syndrome). Participants, whose physicians feel they are deriving benefit, will have the opportunity to be reconsented into a safety extension and then an open-label extension for continued evaluation.
This is a Phase 1 study carried out at a single site in 88 healthy male subjects and healthy female subjects of non childbearing potential to investigate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) of DNL343.
This is a six-part prospective, multicenter, multiregional observational study of patients with mucopolysaccharidosis type II (MPS II), also known as Hunter syndrome, to assess biomarkers potentially related to disease severity and/or treatment response and prospectively assess the progression of disease in participants with MPS II who are aged ≤30 years at the time of enrollment.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of multiple oral doses of DNL747 in subjects with Alzheimer's disease when administered for 29 days in a cross-over design
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of multiple oral doses of DNL201 in subjects with Parkinson's disease.
This is a Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single ascending dose (SAD), multiple ascending dose (MAD), and 28-day safety study of orally administered DNL151 in healthy volunteers.
This is a Phase 1, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single- and multiple-ascending oral dose study conducted in three parts.
