In both statements, the company says aging is modifiable through genetic and environmental factors, and it places FOXO proteins near the center of that claim. The logic stays the same: lifespan-extending interventions tend to increase FOXO function, and human longevity genetics links FOXO-related variants to unusually long life. The mission also stays stable. Refoxy presents itself as a drug developer built on that FOXO-based biology, aiming to treat age-related diseases while improving healthy aging. The January 2022 language is slightly more polished: "therapeutic medicines" becomes "novel medicines," and "healthier aging" becomes "improve the years of healthy living." That is a wording adjustment, not a strategic turn. Evidence for any deeper shift is thin because the two entries are so close in time and say almost the same thing. We can say Refoxy kept a consistent company story about FOXO as a lever for longevity biology. We cannot say, from these statements alone, whether its scientific confidence, program scope, or target indications changed in any meaningful way.
