company mission
TAZ's mission barely moved across these two snapshots. In January 2025, it said aging is a social problem, that lifespan has risen faster than healthspan, and that science and biotechnology should close that gap. In January 2026, the same core claim remains: people are living longer, healthy lifespan is lagging, and the answer is science-driven medical and health innovation. The wording does shift a little. The 2025 version leans on "rigorous biotechnology" and a broad promise to identify solutions to age-related challenges. The 2026 version softens that into "solid scientific capabilities" and adds a more consumer-friendly outcome, a healthy, high-quality, long life for everyone. That is a framing edit, not a real change in mission. What stayed stable is more important than what changed. TAZ still presents itself as an aging-focused company that sees science and technology as the route to useful interventions, and it still uses ambitious language about producing major advances in medicine and health. We do not see a new disease focus, a narrower product thesis, or a retreat from longevity language. Evidence is thin because there are only two website snapshots and both say nearly the same thing. So the safest reading is continuity with minor copy editing, not a strategic pivot.
