Origami Therapeutics looks strikingly stable across these two snapshots. That reads like a modest refinement of how the mechanism and downstream effect are described, not a new therapeutic theory. The clinical strategy also stays steady. In both versions, the company focuses on genetic disease and says natural history should guide patient selection, treatment timing, and endpoints. We do not see a pivot in target class, modality, or disease logic here. Evidence is thin because there are only two website statements, and both appear to be polished top-level messaging rather than detailed scientific updates. Based on these records alone, the belief evolution is minimal: the mission stayed fixed, and the later version mainly tightens the wording around functional restoration.
