In January 1999, the wording remains effectively the same: the website exists to support that same three-part mission. What stayed stable is the substance. The university presents the web as infrastructure for institutional functions, not as a platform for a new ideological program or a distinct theory about education. The mission language is conventional and broad, and both snapshots keep it there. Evidence is thin beyond that.
